Returns Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must notify us of a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Please Note:

  • We cannot accept returns for opened, used, or tampered products due to health and safety reasons.

  • Products purchased during discounts, promotions, or clearance sales are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile banking.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), KoniCareBD will bear the shipping cost.

  • For other valid return requests, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
